Tobacco Lane on the Square

For the previous three plus years, I have worked at a smoke shop featuring cigars, pipes, and pipe tobacco.  Every job has its drama and certain amount of dysfunction, so I don't have much to complain about my current employment.  In fact, the shop has provided a great conduit for meeting people from every station in life: celebrities, politicians, pillars of the local community, and the average cigar-loving person who happens to patronize the establishment.  It is in meeting the various types of people that has made my stay in Fort Worth bearable.  Not only the customers, but also the people I work with has been a somewhat stabilizing force and provides something to look forward too each and every day I work.  Of course it isn't limited solely to the days I'm "on the clock."  Often you can find me hanging out in the shop on my days off visiting with customers and the many regular patrons who, like me, show up to smoke and relax.  Whenever I travel there is a sense of adventure in finding the local cigar shop.  Each one is different and unique in their own right, but I am spoiled to the one in which I work and hang-out.  So if you're ever in Fort Worth, please stop by Tobacco Lane on the Square and ask for me...my name is Phillip.  Please excuse me while I light up.
